The app

The GutBox iOS app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which you can read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. That agreement governs your use of the app itself.

This website

This site is provided for information about GutBox. We try to keep it accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or current, and we may change it at any time.

What GutBox tells you

GutBox records what you eat and how you feel, and reports the patterns it finds in that record. A pattern in a personal diary is a reason to look closer, never proof of cause, and what GutBox shows you is only as good as what you logged. Decisions you take on the strength of it are your own.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England & Wales. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
